- Add 75 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.
- Setaside the preparation content let cool.
Nutty Crunch
- Add 50 g of mix of nuts in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a container.
- Cook in the oven over medium heat.
- Setaside the preparation content let cool.
Sorbet
- Transfer the content of the preparation content in a freezer bag.
- Setaside the preparation content in a freezer during 4h .
- Transfer the content of the preparation content in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 6.
- Mix manual: 0sec / 0°C / Speed 8. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a dessert bowl.
- Sprinkle 1 pinch(es) of mix of nuts, 1 pinch(es) of chia seed on the preparation content.
- Serve Immediately.
