Steps

Marinating the Chicken Wings

Add 50 g of honey in a bowl.
Add 30 g of salted soy sauce, 1 teaspoon(s) of garlic powder, 5 g of ginger, 15 g of olive oil, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the bowl.
Mix manual: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
Add 700 g of chicken wing in the bowl.
Mix manual: 2:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
Setaside the preparation content in a fridge cover with plastic wrap during 30min.

Cooking the Chicken Wings

Preheat the oven at 200°C.
Add 500 g of water in the food processor bowl.
Transfer the content of the preparation content in the vapor basket.
Place the vapor kit.
Mix manual: 25:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
Remove the vapor kit.
Empty the food processor bowl.

Glazing and Finishing

Preheat the grill.
Place the content of the vapor basket on a baking tray to be covered in baking paper before.
Brush the remaining marinade evenly over the Chicken Wings.
Cook in the grill during 3min.
Serve Hot.
