  • 1 Bag(s) Vanilla sugar
  • 30 g Salted butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tablespoon(s) White sugar dough

Dough

  1. Add 125 g of flour t55, 50 g of granulated sugar, 1 bag(s) of vanilla sugar in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  3. Add 30 g of salted butter, 1 egg in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  5. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
  6. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  7. Setaside the dough in a fridge during 30min.

Cooking

  1. Preheat the waffle maker.
  2. Place 2 tablespoon(s) of white sugar dough on a plate.
  3. Cook in the waffle maker.
  4. Remove the content of the plate by using the spatula.
  5. Shape it immediately into a cone using a cone roller or by hand (be careful, it will be hot!).
  6. Let the cone cool completely.
