- 250 g Fresh shrimp
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 30 g Shallot
- 15 g Ginger
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Crushed chilli
- 10 g Cooked peeled shrimp
- 1 Tablespoon(s) Curry
- 1 Tablespoon(s) Salted soy sauce
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Granulated sugar
Steps
- Add 10 g of sunflower oil in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3sec / 120°C / Speed .
- Add 250 g of fresh shrimp in the food processor bowl.
- Evenly distribute the shrimp in the mixing bowl and place the splash guard on top of the mixing bowl lid.
- Mix manual: 8:00min / 100°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
- Transfer the content of the preparation content in a bowl.
- Add 1 clove of garlic in the food processor bowl.
- Peel, and add 30 g of shallot in the food processor bowl.
- Peel, sliced, and add 15 g of ginger in the food processor bowl.
- Add 1 teaspoon(s) of crushed chilli, 10 g of cooked peeled shrimp in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 6 in inverse. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula

- Add 1 tablespoon(s) of salted soy sauce, 1 teaspoon(s) of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Add the reserved shrimp.
- Mix manual: 2:00min / 120°C / Speed in inverse.
- Transfer the content of the preparation content in a service dish.
