Ingredients
- 500 g Lamb meat
- 1 Onion
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 1 Red pepper
- 10 g Ras el hanout
- 5 g Ground cumin
- 5 g Paprika
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 20 g Olive oil
- 400 g Diced tomato pulp
- 100 g Tomato puree
- 200 g Water
Steps
Kefta
- Cut in pieces, and add 500 g of lamb meat in the food processor bowl.
- Add 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
- Deseed, cut in pieces, and add 1 red pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Add 10 g of ras el hanout, 5 g of ground cumin, 5 g of paprika, 5 g of salt, 2 g of pepper in the bowl.
- Mix well by hand.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs (kefta).
Tagine
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 20 g of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
- Transfer the content of the bowl in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
- Add 400 g of diced tomato pulp, 100 g of tomato puree, 200 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a service dish.
- Garnish with Fresh Coriander.
- Serve Hot.
- Serve hot with couscous or bread.
