Ingredients

  • 500 g Lamb meat
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 10 g Ras el hanout
  • 5 g Ground cumin
  • 5 g Paprika
  • 5 g Salt
  • 2 g Pepper
  • 20 g Olive oil
  • 400 g Diced tomato pulp
  • 100 g Tomato puree
  • 200 g Water

Steps

Kefta

  1. Cut in pieces, and add 500 g of lamb meat in the food processor bowl.
  2. Add 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
  3. Deseed, cut in pieces, and add 1 red pepper in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
  6. Add 10 g of ras el hanout, 5 g of ground cumin, 5 g of paprika, 5 g of salt, 2 g of pepper in the bowl.
  7. Mix well by hand.
  8. Form the mixture into small meatballs (kefta).

Tagine

  1. Wash the food processor bowl.
  2. Add 20 g of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
  3. Transfer the content of the bowl in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
  5. Add 400 g of diced tomato pulp, 100 g of tomato puree, 200 g of water in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
  7. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a service dish.
  8. Garnish with Fresh Coriander.
  9. Serve Hot.
  10. Serve hot with couscous or bread.
