- Mix manual: 3:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Sliced, and add 200 g of leek in the food processor bowl.
- Add 1 pinch(es) of salt adjust according to the tastes, 1 pinch(es) of pepper adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 7:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl by using the spatula in a mixing bowl.
- Add 3 eggs, 200 g of whipping cream, 50 g of grated gruyère in the mixing bowl.
- Mix manual: 0sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
Assembly
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Place 1 sheet(s) of shortcrust pastry in a baking tray.
- Transfer the content of the mixing bowl on the baking tray.
Baking
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 30min.
- Cook until the tart is golden brown and the filling is set.
- Serve Warm.
