  2. Line a square baking pan (20×20 cm) with baking paper.

Lemon Filling

  1. Wash the food processor bowl.
  2. Add 200 g of granulated sugar, 2 lemons in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 10.
  4. Add 2 lemons, 3 eggs, 30 g of flour t55, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder in the food processor bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  6. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl over the preparation content.
  7. Cook in the oven at 180°C.
  8. Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 2h .

Final Touches

  1. Once chilled, lift the Lemon Squares out of the pan using the baking paper overhang.
  2. Cut into individual squares.
  3. Sprinkle 50 g of icing sugar adjust according to the tastes on the preparation content.
