- 50 g Granulated sugar
- 250 g Flour
- 10 g Baking powder
- 300 g Milk
- 80 g Butter
- 15 g Vanilla sugar
- 15 g Icing sugar
- 20 g Blueberry
- 20 g Pecan nut
- 30 g Liquid caramel
Steps
Dough
- Add 2 eggs, 50 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 250 g of flour, 10 g of baking powder in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 300 g of milk, 80 g of butter, 15 g of vanilla sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4. The mixture should be homogeneous, if it is not the case scrape the edges of the bowl with the spatula and mix again
Baking
- Preheat the waffle maker.
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl on a waffle iron.
- Cook in the waffle maker.
- Setaside the preparation content on a grill let cool.
Garnish
- Sprinkle 15 g of icing sugar on the preparation content.
- Add 20 g of blueberry on the preparation content.
- Add 20 g of pecan nut on a plate.
- Add 30 g of liquid caramel on the preparation content.
- Serve Immediately.
