Ingredients
- 150 g Carrot
- 100 g Cherry tomato
- 250 g Surimi stick
- 150 g Mixed vegetables in a can
- 120 g Mayonnaise
Steps
Vegetable Preparation
- Peel, cut into dices, and add 150 g of carrot on a cutting board.
- Cut in two, and add 100 g of cherry tomato on the cutting board.
- Setaside the preparation content on a plate.
Terrine Mix
- Add 250 g of surimi stick in the food processor bowl.
- Drain, and add 150 g of mixed vegetables in a can in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 120 g of mayonnaise in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
Chill
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a baking dish.
- Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 4h .
Serve
- Slice the terrine.
- Serve Cold.
- Serve with heart of lettuce and halved cherry tomatoes.
