- 500 g Mango
- 250 g Granulated sugar
- 30 g Lemon juice
Steps
Preparing the fruit
- Peel, cut into dices, and add 500 g of mango in the food processor bowl.
- Add 250 g of granulated sugar, 30 g of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
Cooking
- Mix manual: 25:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 6.
Finishing
- Check the consistency of the jam by placing a small spoonful on a cold plate. If it sets quickly, it's ready. If not, cook for another 5 minutes at 100°C, speed 2, and check again.
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in an airtight jar.
- Seal the jars immediately.
- Let the jars cool completely before storing.
