Steps

Dough Preparation

Add 500 g of flour t55, 250 g of water in the food processor bowl.
Mix knead: 3:00min / 0°C / Speed 4.
Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl cover with plastic wrap.
Setaside the dough during 30min.

Filling Preparation

Add 200 g of onion in the food processor bowl.
Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
Add 500 g of ground beef, 50 g of water, 5 g of salt, 5 g of pepper in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.

Manty Assembly

Roll out the dough thinly on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 8 cm squares.
Place a spoonful of the meat filling in the center of each square. Bring the corners of the dough squares to the center and pinch the sides to seal, forming a small dumpling.

Steaming

Brush 20 g of sunflower oil
Grease the steaming basket with Sunflower Oil to prevent sticking.
Place the assembled manty in the steam basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
Add 1000 g of water in the food processor bowl.
Place the vapor kit.
Mix manual: 45:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
Remove the vapor kit.

Serving

Carefully remove the steamed manty from the steam basket.
Serve hot with yogurt or sour cream, garnished with Fresh Dill.
