  3. Add 200 g of maroilles cheese, 100 g of whole liquid fresh cream, 50 g of white wine, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 8:00min / 90°C / Speed 3.

Final Blend

  1. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 6. The mixture should be homogeneous, if it is not the case scrape the edges of the bowl with the spatula and mix again
