- 25 g Lemon juice
- 250 g Sunflower oil
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon(s) Mustard
- 0.5 Teaspoon(s) Agave syrup
Steps
- Place the whisk.
- Add 150 g of soy milk, 25 g of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 9sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Mix manual: 3:30min / 0°C / Speed 5. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Add 250 g of sunflower oil, 1 teaspoon(s) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper, 1 tablespoon(s) of mustard, ½ teaspoon(s) of agave syrup in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Adjust the seasoning to your taste, pour it into an airtight container, and seal it.
- Keep refrigerated until use.
