Steps

Base Preparation

Cut bread into circular shapes using a cookie cutter.
Setaside the dough on a plate let cool.

Salmon Dome Preparation

Add 150 g of smoked salmon in the food processor bowl.

Add 150 g of philadelphia, 100 g of cooked peeled shrimp, 10 g of fresh dill, 10 g of lemon juice, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
Shape the salmon mixture into small domes.

Final Assembly

Place each salmon dome on top of a bread circle.
Serve Immediately.
