Milk jam, or 'dulce de leche' as it’s affectionately known in many parts of the world, is a sweet treat that has been winning hearts since the 19th century. Originating from the rich culinary traditions of Latin America, this luscious concoction is made from just a few humble ingredients: milk, sugar, and a touch of vanilla magic.
