Ingredients
- 250 g Flour
- 75 g Granulated sugar
- 225 g Salted butter
- 397 g Sweetened condensed milk
- 200 g Dark chocolate
Steps
Shortbread Base
- Add 250 g of flour, 75 g of granulated sugar, 175 g of salted butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a baking tray.
- Line a 20cm square baking tin with baking paper.
- Press the mixture evenly into the base of the prepared tin.
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 20min.
- Bake until golden brown (20-25 minutes).
- Allow to cool completely in the tin.
Caramel Layer
- Add 397 g of sweetened condensed milk, 50 g of salted butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20:00min / 90°C / Speed 3. Filler cap open
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl over a preparation content.
- Pour the caramel evenly over the cooled shortbread base.
- Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 2h .
Chocolate Topping
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 200 g of dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl over the preparation content.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the set caramel layer, spreading evenly.
- Setaside the preparation content in the fridge during 1h .
- Cut into squares before serving.
- Serve Cold.
