Dough Preparation

  2. Place mini muffin paper cups into a mini muffin tray.
  3. Add 150 g of flour t55, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a mixing bowl.
  6. Rinse the food processor bowl.
  7. Add 100 g of granulated sugar, 75 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
  8. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  9. Add 2 eggs, 60 g of milk, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract in the food processor bowl.
  10. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  11. Transfer the content of the mixing bowl in the food processor bowl.
  12. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  13. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in the mixing bowl.
  14. Add 100 g of raspberry in the mixing bowl.
  15. Gently fold in raspberries.

Baking

  1. Fill each mini muffin cup about 3/4 full with batter.
  2. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 12min.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  4. Let the mini muffins cool in the tray for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Finishing

  1. Sprinkle 10 g of icing sugar on a preparation content.
  2. Serve Immediately.
