- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place mini muffin paper cups into a mini muffin tray.
- Add 150 g of flour t55, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a mixing bowl.
- Rinse the food processor bowl.
- Add 100 g of granulated sugar, 75 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 2 eggs, 60 g of milk, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the mixing bowl in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in the mixing bowl.
- Add 100 g of raspberry in the mixing bowl.
- Gently fold in raspberries.
Baking
- Fill each mini muffin cup about 3/4 full with batter.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 12min.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the mini muffins cool in the tray for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Finishing
- Sprinkle 10 g of icing sugar on a preparation content.
- Serve Immediately.
