Ingredients
- 500 g Mirabelle plum
- 2 Lemons
- 250 g Granulated sugar
- 50 g Lemon juice
- 5 g Lemon zest
Steps
Prepare the Mirabelle Plums
- Wash, and add 500 g of mirabelle plum on a workplan.

- Add 2 lemons on the workplan.
- Extract the lemon juice.
Cooking the Jam

- Add 50 g of lemon juice in the bowl.

- Check the consistency. If needed, continue cooking for additional 5-minute intervals until the jam reaches the desired thickness.
- Add 5 g of lemon zest in the bowl.
- Mix manual: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 1.
Final Steps
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in a glass.
- Pour the hot jam into sterilized glass jars and seal the jars immediately.
