Moutabal eggplant caviar using a Create

This recipe, with its roots in ancient Middle Eastern cuisine, takes advantage of the rich flavors of roasted eggplant, garlic, and tahini, creating a dish that’s as versatile as it is delicious. Perfect as a dip for warm pita bread or as an elegant spread on a mezze platter, Moutabal invites you to savor the Mediterranean spirit with every bite.
