Ingredients
- 200 g Blanched almond
- 150 g Honey
- 250 g Granulated sugar
- 50 g Water
- 5 g Vanilla flavor
- 8 Wafers with vanilla
Steps
Almonds
- Preheat the oven at 150°C.
- Place 100 g of blanched almond on a baking tray.
- Cook in the oven without added oil at 150°C.
- Stir occasionally until lightly golden.
- Setaside the preparation content on a plate let cool.
Nougat Base
- Add 150 g of honey, 250 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 25:00min / 120°C / Speed 2.
- Add 50 g of water, 5 g of vanilla flavor in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15:00min / 120°C / Speed 2.
- Add 100 g of blanched almond in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
Final Assembly
- Place 4 wafers with vanilla in a baking dish.
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in the baking dish.
- Press evenly.
- Place 4 wafers with vanilla on the preparation content.
- Setaside the preparation content let cool during 2h .
- Cut the nougat into rectangles.
- Serve Immediately.
