  • 100 g Butter
  • 5 Eggs
  • 170 g Granulated sugar
  • 1 Pinch(es) Salt
  • 2 Tablespoon(s) Orange zest
  • 200 g Orange juice
  • 200 g Fresh liquid cream
  • 50 g Cornflour (maïzena)

Steps

  2. Cut in pieces, and add 100 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
  3. Add 1 egg, 50 g of granulated sugar, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
