Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 100 g Butter
- 5 Eggs
- 170 g Granulated sugar
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 2 Tablespoon(s) Orange zest
- 200 g Orange juice
- 200 g Fresh liquid cream
- 50 g Cornflour (maïzena)
Steps
- Add 200 g of flour in the food processor bowl.
- Cut in pieces, and add 100 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Add 1 egg, 50 g of granulated sugar, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Transfer the content of the preparation content in a container.
- Setaside the preparation content in an oven during 30min.
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Roll out the dough using a rolling pin and place it in a tart pan. Prick the bottom with a fork.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 10min.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 120 g of granulated sugar, 2 tablespoon(s) of orange zest in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 10.
- Add 200 g of orange juice, 4 eggs, 200 g of fresh liquid cream, 50 g of cornflour (maïzena) in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Pour the filling over the dough.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 30min.
- Allow the orange tart to cool before serving.
