- 80 g Granulated sugar
- 20 g Cornflour (maïzena)
- 2 Teaspoon(s) Orange blossom water
- 20 g Almond
- 20 g Shard of roasted pistachio
Steps
- Place the whisk.
- Add 500 g of milk, 80 g of granulated sugar, 20 g of cornflour (maïzena), 2 teaspoon(s) of orange blossom water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 12:00min / 90°C / Speed 3.
- Place the Palouza in ramekins and allow to cool.
- Add 20 g of almond, 20 g of shard of roasted pistachio in the ramekin.
