Ingredients
- 625 g Milk
- 6 Eggs
- 300 g Flour
- 75 g Cornflour (maïzena)
- 2 Pinch(es) Salt
Steps
- Add 625 g of milk, 6 eggs, 300 g of flour, 75 g of cornflour (maïzena), 2 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 45sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Cook in the pan over low heat and turn as soon as the face is golden.
- Spread 1 teaspoon of herbed cream cheese on each crepe, place ½ slice of ham on top, and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of gouda.
- Roll the crepes or fold them twice into a triangle shape, then keep them warm.
