- 3 Eggs
- 200 g Fresh liquid cream
- 2 Tablespoon(s) Powdered almond
- 1 Bag(s) Vanilla sugar
- 20 g Flaked almond

- Peel, sliced in strips, and add 3 pears in the food processor bowl.
- Butter a baking dish and place the slices of pears in it.
- Warm up the oven at 200°C.
- Add 3 eggs only the yellow, 200 g of fresh liquid cream, 2 tablespoon(s) of powdered almond, 1 bag(s) of vanilla sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Pour pour the mixture over the pears.
- Add 20 g of flaked almond in a standard mold.
