- Add 1 shortcrust pastry in a baking dish.
- Prick the bottom of the shortcrust pastry with a fork.
Filling Preparation
- Cut into dices, and add 150 g of green pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Cut into cubes, and add 150 g of chorizo in the food processor bowl.
- Add 300 g of whipping cream, 3 eggs in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 3 in inverse.
Baking Process
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl over the baking dish.
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 30min.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
- Serve Hot.
