- 50 g Pineapple
- 50 g Butter
- 500 g Whipping cream
- 100 g Granulated sugar
- 30 g Water
- 5 g Gelatin
- 200 g Mango
- 100 g Raspberry jam

Biscuit Base
- Add 200 g of butter biscuit in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 50 g of pineapple, 50 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in an individual casserole.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of glasses or a serving dish.
Panna Cotta Cream
- Soften Gelatin in Water in a small bowl.
- Add 500 g of whipping cream, 100 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 8:00min / 90°C / Speed 2.
- Add 30 g of water in a bowl.
- Add 5 g of gelatin in the bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on the individual casserole.
- Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 4h .
Mango and Raspberry Topping
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 200 g of mango in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on the preparation content.
- Spread 100 g of raspberry jam on the preparation content.
- Top with the mango puree.
- Setaside the preparation content in the fridge during 30min.
- Serve Cold.
