- Transfer to a container, then rinse the mixing bowl.
- Remove the heart and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
- Wash, peel, cut into small pieces, and add 100 g of leek in the food processor bowl.
- Peel, sliced, and add 180 g of onion in the food processor bowl.
- Wash, deseed, cut in two, and add 15 g of red pepper in the food processor bowl.

- Use the spatula to push the minced meat down to the bottom of the bowl.
