Quiche Filling

  1. Add 150 g of red pepper, 150 g of yellow pepper, 150 g of zucchini in the food processor bowl.

  3. Add 15 g of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
  5. Add 4 eggs, 200 g of whole liquid fresh cream, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.

Assembling and Baking

  1. Dice the Smoked Salmon.
  2. Spread 150 g of smoked salmon on a plate.
  3. Pour the content of the food processor bowl.
  4. Sprinkle 10 g of fresh basil on a preparation content.
  5. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 25min and turn as soon as the face is golden.
  6. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 30min and turn as soon as the face is golden.
  7. Check that the quiche is golden brown and set before removing from the oven.
