  • 1 Egg
  • 120 g Flour t55
  • 2 Pinch(es) Salt
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • 30 g Olive oil
  • 500 g Tomato puree
  • 5 g Granulated sugar
  • 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
  • 10 g Fresh basil

Steps

Gnocchi Dough

  1. Add 250 g of ricotta, 1 egg, 120 g of flour t55, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  3. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
  4. Lightly flour the work surface.
  5. Roll the dough into long ropes, about 2 cm thick.
  6. Cut the ropes into 2 cm pieces.
  7. Gently roll each piece over a fork to create ridges.

Tomato Sauce

  1. Wash the food processor bowl.
  2. Add 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix chop: 3sec / 0°C / Speed 7.
  4. Add 30 g of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 3:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
  6. Add 500 g of tomato puree, 5 g of granulated sugar, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
  7. Mix manual: 15:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.

Final Preparation

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil (Not in the robot).
  2. Gently drop the gnocchi into the boiling water.
  3. Cook until they float to the surface, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Transfer the content of the cooking pot by using the spatula in a service dish.
  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on the service dish.
  6. Sprinkle 10 g of fresh basil on the service dish.
  7. Serve Hot.
