  • 500 g Chicken breast

  1. Preheat the oven at 200°C.
  2. Add 2 orange zest in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 10.
  4. Add 2 orange juice, 2 tablespoon(s) of honey, 2 tablespoon(s) of olive oil, 2 tablespoon(s) of salted soy sauce, 1 teaspoon(s) of thyme, ½ teaspoon(s) of pepper, ½ teaspoon(s) of salt adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.

  6. Add 500 g of chicken breast in a baking dish.
  7. Pour half of the sauce over the chicken. Set aside the other half of the sauce.
  8. Cook in the oven at 200°C during 25min to 30min and turn as soon as the face is golden.
