Sabayon, a luscious Italian dessert, is like a sweet hug in a glass! Traditionally made with just three simple ingredients - egg yolks, sugar, and Marsala wine - it has wooed dessert lovers since the Renaissance. Imagine whisking together the rich, golden yolks with sugar and the aromatic Marsala, creating a frothy, velvety delight that dances on your palate. Serve it warm in champagne coupes, and you’ll feel like you’re at a grand Italian ball, even if you’re just in your kitchen! Fun fact: The name 'sabayon' comes from the Italian 'zabaione', which means to 'whip up' - and whip it up you will, as you impress your guests with this elegant treat!
