  • 100 g Boursin
  • 10 g Fresh dill
  • 1 Egg

Steps

Filling

  1. Add 100 g of smoked salmon, 100 g of boursin in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  3. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
  4. Add 10 g of fresh dill in the bowl.
  5. Mix with a spoon.
  6. Setaside the preparation content.

Assembling the Swirls

  1. Preheat the oven at 200°C.
  2. Roll out the Puff Pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Spread the content of the preparation content on some dough.
  4. Roll up the Puff Pastry tightly like a log.
  5. Cut the log into 2 cm thick slices.
  6. Place slices, spiral-side up, on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Baking

  1. Add 1 egg in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  3. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a container.
  4. Brush the top of each swirl with the whisked Egg.
  5. Cook in the oven at 200°C during 15min.
  6. Bake for 5 more minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
  8. Serve Warm.
