  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Baking powder

Steps

Dough Preparation

  1. Add 250 g of flour t55, 150 g of salted butter, 100 g of granulated sugar, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder, 1 pinch(es) of flower of salt in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  3. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
  4. Wrap it in plastic wrap.
  5. Setaside the dough in a fridge during 30min.

Shaping and Baking

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  3. Roll out the chilled dough on a lightly floured surface to about 5mm thick.
  4. Use a cookie cutter or a glass to cut out round shapes.
  5. Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheet.

Egg Wash

  1. Add 1 egg only the yellow in a bowl.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon(s) of water in the bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.

Shaping and Baking

  1. Brush the tops of the cookies with the egg wash.
  2. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 12min.

Cooling

  1. Transfer the content of the baking tray let cool.
  2. Store in an airtight container once cooled.
