  2. Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  3. Add 20 g of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 3:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
  5. Add 500 g of ground beef in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 2 in inverse.
  7. Add 400 g of tomato, 100 g of tomato puree, 200 g of beef broth, 5 g of salt, 1 g of pepper, 2 g of dried oregano in the food processor bowl.
  8. Mix manual: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 2 in inverse.
  9. Check the seasoning and adjust if needed.
  10. Setaside the preparation content at a container.

Spaghetti

  1. Wash the food processor bowl.
  2. Add 2000 g of water, 5 g of salt in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix boil: 10:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
  4. Add 300 g of spaghetti through a plate.
  5. Mix boil: 8:00min / 100°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
  6. Drain the content of the food processor bowl.

Final Preparation

  1. Serve Hot.
  2. Place the content of the plate in a bowl.
  3. Transfer the content of the container.
