Omelette
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Transfer excess of the food processor bowl in a container.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 6 eggs, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the bowl in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 3 in inverse.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of the reserved Olive Oil in a 20-25cm non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a frypan.
- Cook in the oven during 5min.
- Place a large plate over the frying pan and carefully invert the tortilla onto the plate.
- Add a little more of the reserved Olive Oil to the pan if needed.
- Transfer the content of the plate in the frypan.
- Cook in the oven during 3min.
Tomato Sauce
- Add 200 g of tomato coulis in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 90°C / Speed 2.
- Add 1 pinch(es) of salt adjust according to the tastes, 1 pinch(es) of pepper adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
Final Step
- Transfer the content of the frypan in a service dish.
- Cut into wedges.
- Serve Hot.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl with the service dish.
