  • 4 Eggs
  • 200 g Whipping cream

  4. Mix manual: 5:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
  5. Add 4 eggs, 200 g of whipping cream, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  7. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl over some dough.
  8. Sprinkle 50 g of grated gruyère on a preparation content.

Baking

  1. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 30min.
  2. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
