  • 125 g Salted butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 150 g Brown sugar
  • 200 g Whipping cream
  • 20 g Icing sugar

Steps

Shortcrust Pastry

  1. Add 250 g of flour t55, 125 g of salted butter in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  3. Add 1 egg in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
  6. Form a ball with the dough.
  7. Transfer the content of the workplan in a cling film.
  8. Setaside the dough in a fridge during 30min.
  9. Wash the food processor bowl.
  10. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  11. Roll out the dough.
  12. Transfer the content of the dough in a baking dish.
  13. Prick the bottom of the dough with a fork.

Sugar Pie Filling

  1. Add 150 g of brown sugar, 200 g of whipping cream, 1 egg in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
  3. Pour the content of the food processor bowl over the dough.

Baking

  1. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 30min.
  2. Check the pie after 30 minutes. If the crust is not golden and the filling is not set, cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Let the pie cool completely.
  4. Sprinkle 20 g of icing sugar adjust according to the tastes on a plate.
  5. Serve Cold.
