  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • 100 g Red pepper
  • 50 g Fresh coriander
  • 30 g Breadcrumb
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tablespoon(s) Red curry paste
  • 1 Tablespoon(s) Oyster sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon(s) Nuoc-mâm sauce
  • 2 Limes
  • 20 g Olive oil

Steps

Chicken and herbs mix

  1. Add 500 g of chicken breast, 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
  2. Deseed, cut in pieces, and add 100 g of red pepper in the food processor bowl.
  3. Add 50 g of fresh coriander in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  5. Add 30 g of breadcrumb, 1 egg, 2 tablespoon(s) of red curry paste, 1 tablespoon(s) of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon(s) of nuoc-mâm sauce in the food processor bowl.
  6. Add 1 lime in the form a plate.
  7. Add 1 lime with the plate.
  8. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  9. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
  10. Shape the mixture into small, equal-sized balls with your hands.

Cooking

  1. Cook in the oven with an oil base during 10min.
  2. Add 20 g of olive oil in a frypan.
  3. Add the Chicken balls to the skillet and cook, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).

Serving

  1. Serve Hot.
