- 250 g Flour t55
- 100 g Water
- 70 g Olive oil
- 7 g Salt
- 100 g Onion
- 50 g Red pepper
- 50 g Green pepper
- 100 g Tomato sauce
- 1 g Pepper
- 200 g Canned tuna
- 2 Eggs
Steps
Dough
- Add 250 g of flour t55, 100 g of water, 50 g of olive oil, 5 g of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix knead: 2:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Setaside the preparation content on a workplan.
Filling
- Rinse the food processor bowl.
- Peel, cut in four, and add 100 g of onion in the food processor bowl.
- Deseed, cut in four, and add 50 g of red pepper, 50 g of green pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 3sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 20 g of olive oil in the food processor bowl.

Assembly
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Roll out the dough and cut out circles using a cookie cutter or a knife
- Place a spoonful of the tuna filling in the center of each circle.
