- 800 g Potato
- 400 g Water
- 40 g Butter
- 80 g Milk
- 2 Pinch(es) Salt
- 2 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 150 g Smoked salmon
- 250 g Salmon fillet
- 30 g Breadcrumb
- 40 g Grated gruyère
Steps
Potato Puree
- Cut into small pieces, and add 800 g of potato in the food processor bowl.
- Add 400 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Drain the content of the food processor bowl in a strainer.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Transfer the content of the strainer in the food processor bowl.
- Add 40 g of butter, 80 g of milk in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Setaside the preparation content.
Salmon Mixture
- Cut the salmon fillets into small pieces.
- Add 150 g of smoked salmon, 250 g of salmon fillet, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the bowl.
- Mix gently.
Assembly
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Spread half the content of the bowl in a baking dish.
- Spread the content of the bowl over the preparation content.
- Spread the rest of the content of the bowl over the preparation content.
- Sprinkle 30 g of breadcrumb, 40 g of grated gruyère on the preparation content.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 20min.
- Bake for 5 more minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
