- 500 g Butternut squash
- 200 g Carrot
- 400 g Water
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 200 g Coconut milk
- 5 g Crouton
- 3 g Sunflower seed
- 3 g Pumpkin seed
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
Steps
Vegetables
- Peel and cut the butternut squash into 2-3 cm cubes.
- Peel and cut the carrots into 2-3 cm cubes.
- Add 500 g of butternut squash, 200 g of carrot, 400 g of water, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 25:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
Soup
- Add 200 g of coconut milk in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 10. The mixture should be homogeneous, if it is not the case scrape the edges of the bowl with the spatula and mix again
- Check seasoning and adjust if necessary.
Serving
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Sprinkle 5 g of crouton on a plate.
- Sprinkle 3 g of sunflower seed, 3 g of pumpkin seed, 1 pinch(es) of pepper on the plate.
- Serve Hot.
