  • 500 g Water
  • 1 Pinch(es) Salt
  • 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
  • 3 g Fresh dill
  • 100 g Whipping cream

  1. Cut in pieces, and add 700 g of potato in the food processor bowl.
  2. Add 500 g of water in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
  4. Drain the content of the food processor bowl in a strainer.
  5. Wash the food processor bowl.
  6. Transfer the content of the strainer in the food processor bowl.
  7. Add 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
  8. Chop, and add 10 g of fresh dill in the food processor bowl.
  9. Add 100 g of whipping cream in the food processor bowl.
  10. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  11. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Salmon Layer

  1. Slice Smoked Salmon into thin strips.

Assembly

  1. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl by using a spoon in a glass.
  2. Arrange Smoked Salmon slices on top of the potato purée.
  3. Chop, and sprinkle 3 g of fresh dill on a preparation content.
  4. Serve Cold.
