- 500 g Carrot
- 200 g Water
- 10 g Granulated sugar
- 2 g Salt
- 20 g Salted butter
- 1 g Pepper
- 5 g Fresh parsley

Prepare carrots
- Peel the carrots.
- Slice the carrots into approximately 1/2 cm thick rounds.
- Chop fresh parsley.
