  • 150 g Granulated sugar

  • 120 g Milk
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 60 g Icing sugar

Steps

Cookie Dough

  1. Add 120 g of flour t55, 25 g of bitter cocoa, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking soda, 1 teaspoon(s) of salt in the food processor bowl.

  3. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a mixing bowl.
  4. Wash the food processor bowl.
  5. Add 60 g of salted butter, 150 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
  7. Add 1 egg, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract in the food processor bowl.
  8. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
  9. Add 120 g of milk gradually in the food processor bowl.
  10. Mix manual: 0sec / 0°C / Speed 2. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
  11. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  12. Line baking sheets with baking_paper.
  13. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
  14. Cook in the oven at 180°C.

Cream Filling

Assembly

  3. Gently press the cookies together so that the filling spreads to the edges.
  4. Dust the assembled whoopie pies with Icing Sugar before serving.
