Ingredients
- 60 g Breadcrumb
- 20 g Fresh parsley
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 30 g Olive oil
- 20 g Lemon juice
- 15 g Zaatar
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 2 Salmon fillets
Steps
Za’atar Crust
- Add 60 g of breadcrumb in the food processor bowl.
- Rinse, and add 20 g of fresh parsley in the food processor bowl.
- Peel, and add 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
- Add 30 g of olive oil, 20 g of lemon juice, 15 g of zaatar, 1 pinch(es) of salt adjust according to the tastes, 1 pinch(es) of pepper adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
Cooking the Fish
- Preheat the oven at 200°C.
- Place 2 salmon fillets on a baking tray.
- Spread the zaatar mixture evenly over the Salmon Fillets.
- Cook in the oven at 200°C during 12min to 15min.
- Check that the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown. If needed cook for 3 minutes more.
- Serve Hot.
