  • 60 g Breadcrumb
  • 20 g Fresh parsley
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • 30 g Olive oil
  • 20 g Lemon juice
  • 15 g Zaatar
  • 1 Pinch(es) Salt
  • 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
  • 2 Salmon fillets

Steps

Za’atar Crust

  1. Add 60 g of breadcrumb in the food processor bowl.
  2. Rinse, and add 20 g of fresh parsley in the food processor bowl.
  3. Peel, and add 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
  4. Add 30 g of olive oil, 20 g of lemon juice, 15 g of zaatar, 1 pinch(es) of salt adjust according to the tastes, 1 pinch(es) of pepper adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  6. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
  7. Wash the food processor bowl.

Cooking the Fish

  1. Preheat the oven at 200°C.
  2. Place 2 salmon fillets on a baking tray.
  3. Spread the zaatar mixture evenly over the Salmon Fillets.
  4. Cook in the oven at 200°C during 12min to 15min.
  5. Check that the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown. If needed cook for 3 minutes more.
  6. Serve Hot.
