Ingredients
- 250 g Crozet
- 300 g Zucchini
- 150 g Smoked salmon
- 3 Eggs
- 200 g Whipping cream
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 80 g Grated gruyère
Steps
Crozet and Zucchini
- Boil in the saucepan filled with water.
