Ingredients
- 500 g Zucchini
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 20 g Olive oil
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 10 g Fresh basil
- 10 g Lemon juice
Steps
Zucchini Base
- Cut into cubes, and add 500 g of zucchini in the food processor bowl.
- Add 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
- Add 20 g of olive oil, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
Emulsify and Flavor
- Add 10 g of fresh basil, 10 g of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 7.
- Check consistency; blend further if needed.
Toasting Bread
- Slice Bread into oval shapes.
- Cook in the oven.
Assemble and Serve
- Spread the Zucchini mixture generously onto the toasted Bread slices.
- Serve Immediately.
