- 15 g Olive oil
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Apple
- 400 g Vegetable broth

- 20 g Coconut milk
- 1 Pinch(es) Paprika
Steps
Carrot-Apple Base
- Add 300 g of carrot in a container.
- Add 200 g of apple in the container.
- Add 15 g of olive oil, 1 carrot, 1 apple in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 8:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
- Add 400 g of vegetable broth, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
Creaming and Finishing
- Mix manual: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 10. The mixture should be homogeneous, if it is not the case scrape the edges of the bowl with the spatula and mix again
- Check the seasoning and adjust salt and pepper if needed.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Add 20 g of coconut milk on the bowl.
- Sprinkle 1 pinch(es) of paprika on the bowl.
- Serve Hot.
