  2. Add 200 g of apple in the container.
  3. Add 15 g of olive oil, 1 carrot, 1 apple in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 8:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
  5. Add 400 g of vegetable broth, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.

Creaming and Finishing

  1. Mix manual: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 10. The mixture should be homogeneous, if it is not the case scrape the edges of the bowl with the spatula and mix again
  2. Check the seasoning and adjust salt and pepper if needed.
  3. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
  4. Add 20 g of coconut milk on the bowl.
  5. Sprinkle 1 pinch(es) of paprika on the bowl.
  6. Serve Hot.
