- 10 g Olive oil
- 500 g Ground beef
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Vegetable stock
- 800 g Crushed tomato
- 1 Tablespoon(s) Dried oregano
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 350 g Penne
- 550 g Water

- Cut in two, and add 1 onion in the food processor bowl.
- Add 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Cut into dices, and add 1 red pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Add 50 g of dried tomato, 10 g of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 100°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
- Add 500 g of ground beef in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10:00min / 100°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
- Add 1 teaspoon(s) of vegetable stock adjust according to the tastes, 800 g of crushed tomato, 1 tablespoon(s) of dried oregano, 1 pinch(es) of salt adjust according to the tastes, 1 pinch(es) of pepper adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30:00min / 100°C / Speed .
- In the meantime, cook the pasta.
- Add 350 g of penne in a saucepan.
- Add 550 g of water in the saucepan.
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, following the cooking time specified on the package. Drain and let them cool.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the tomato sauce. Stir until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with grated parmesan if desired.
